Why am I seeing a membership charge?
Deal Dunk is a member only store. Customers who shop with us choose to enroll in our membership for large discounts and other benefits similar to how you’d see with a Costco membership. As a Deal Dunk member, you may receive benefits such as:
- 50% off all store merchandise
- $30 in monthly store credit
- Free shipping worldwide
- Free product offers
Please note: Charges may appear on your bank or card statement as SP Deal Dunk or SP Deal Dunk Club.
How can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership whenever you’d like by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Enter the email address used when placing your order. A login code will be sent to your inbox.
- Enter the code to access your account.
- After logging in, select Manage subscriptions.
- Under the active subscription, click Manage this subscription.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm by clicking Cancel subscription again.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
You may also cancel your subscription hassle free by emailing us at support@dealdunk.com requesting cancellation and we will cancel your membership for you no questions asked.

Do I need a membership to order from your website?
Yes, a membership is required to shop with us. You can only place an order if you are already a member or if you sign up for our free trial membership.
Where are your orders shipped from?
Most orders to the United States are shipped from within the United States. Depending on overseas location, we may utilize one of our partner warehouses to bring you your products quicker and at a lower price. During periods of high demand, we may utilize our expanded network of warehouses around the world to bring you your product as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery can take up to 7 to 14 business days after your order has left our warehouse. Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier and circumstances beyond our control, including weather or other transit delays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.
What should I do if my order never arrived?

How can I use my $30 store credit?
- First, make sure you are logged into your account.
- Add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
- At checkout, apply any available store credit toward your order total.
How do I stop receiving your emails?
