Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the issue and work to resolve it. You can reach us at support@dealdunk.com.


Returns

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request return instructions, please contact us at support@dealdunk.com.

Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Physical Products

We offer returns for unopened items within 30 days to receive a refund.


Physical products


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will provide a refund if the product is returned in a similar condition as to hot it was sent. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@dealdunk.com.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
